  • Hannah received her undergraduate degree in psychology from Morehead State University and her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from University of Cincinnati
  • Since receiving her undergraduate degree in 2017, Hannah has worked in a variety of settings providing Applied Behavior Analytic services through in both clinic and community settings to children, adolescents, and adults
  • Hannah is passionate about providing early intervention and parent training services. Hannah enjoys conducting trainings with new and seasoned behavior technicians and helping grow their knowledge in the field of ABA
  • In her free time, Hannah loves spending time with her 2-year-old son and husband going to farmer’s markets, attending local events, playing outdoors, and reading. Hannah will be welcoming her second son due in September 2022

My name is Kendal Crotzer and I am a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) here at On the Move! I grew up in Lexington and graduated from the University of Kentucky with a degree in psychology. Near the end of my senior year in college, I began working as an RBT and haven’t stopped since! I love this field and helping others succeed! I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis to further my career in this field.

Hi, I am Andrew Coburn

Andrew Coburn has been an RBT and has worked in ABA since 2019. Andrew received his B.A. in Psychology, French, and Neurobiology from Transylvania University. During that time he took interest in Autism and from there worked at Camp Akeela (a camp for children/adolescents with ASD), in France where he was an ESL teacher teaching 2nd-5th graders/special education courses, and worked in a university setting helping college students with ASD navigate college/social life before returning to his role in pediatrics. Andrew currently holds his M.Ed from the University of Cincinnati and is working toward becoming a BCBA. In his free time, Andrew enjoys traveling wherever he can, cooking, and playing soccer. He is proud to be a part of the OTM family!

My name is Keirystin Peyton! I graduated from the University of KY with a Bachelor’s in Family Sciences! I have been working in this field since I got out of high school. I absolutely love watching kids and families grow !! Helping others is my passion and at on the move that is what we do! Teaching children how to adapt in different situations and working on different goals is my favorite part! Getting to watch them grow and learn is so much fun. I absolutely love OTM PEDS! I can’t wait to meet all the families ! I look forward to what the future holds!

Hi, I am Cynthia Blackledge

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst at the Doctoral Level and Licensed Behavior Analyst in Kentucky
  • Received my Doctorate in Psychology with a Specialization in Behavior Analysis from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2001.
  • Cyndy has worked in the field of Behavior Analysis for over 30 years. She initially became interested in working with individuals with special needs in 1985 when teaching swimming. This interest built into graduate work and then a career where she has worked with individuals diagnosed with varying severities in autism or other intellectual and developmental disabilities from early intervention to elderly persons.
  • As the Executive Director of the ABA Program at On The Move Pediatric Therapy Cyndy works with a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians to provide a positive learning environment for children and adolescents to thrive in. We value individuals learning ways to build upon their skills so that they live more independent and happy lives.
  • Pivotal skills of communication, socialization, and daily living skills/personal hygiene skills are common goals we work on with our clients.
  • She has worked in multiple children’s clinics in the United States as well as a clinic in Australia across her career.
  • Cyndy and her family enjoy hiking, swimming, painting, watching sports and traveling to visit family. They have two daughters as well as two cats and a dog that continue to make life an adventure.
